This tour includes the most outstanding highlights of Kyrgyzstan that welcome so many people. During this overwhelming tour you will be able to visit the most picturesque parts of Kyrgyzstan.  You will see our Celestial mountains, alpine lakes and medieval architecture. Also it is a great chance to experience yourself as if you as a genuine nomad.


Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley (170 km - 4 h)
You will be met by your guide at Manas International Airport and accompanied to Bishkek - Kyrgyz capital city (30 min. drive), where you will start the day with a breakfast in Dungan - Chinese guesthouse. If you arrive too early we can offer you a nice room with comfortable beds and you will be able to take a shower. The part of your first day in Bishkek is dedicated to a guided City Tour, including lunch. Bishkek City tour includes the visiting of many places of interest, such as  the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), National philharmonic, Oriental Bazaar, Art Gallery and. After it will be transfer to Chon Kemin valley. En route visiting the Burana Tower Museum (the site of a medieval city of Balasagun, the capital of the Karahanids, the Turkic dynasty of the 11 c. A.D.).  Dinner and overnight is in Ashuu guesthouse.

Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - Tamga (150 km - 4 h)
You will have free time after breakfast for a photo session to capture all the splendor of large alpine valley of Chon Kemin. Here you have a wonderful opportunity to see genuine Kyrgyz nomads who live in yurts almost like 1000 years ago in the Tien- Shan Mountains surrounded by fast-flowing rivers and fir trees. Before our departure to Tamga village, not far from Chon-Kemin we will stop in order to walk 2 hours in Konorchek labyrinths, where at the end of the gorge you will see magnificient red mountains. Next the picnic will be organized here. Then we will go on with our trip to the southern shore of Issik - Kul Lake, where Tamga village is situated. Issyk - Kul is the second largest mountain lake in the world and the biggest lake in Kyrgyzstan. In Tamga, there is a sanatorium where soviet astronauts used to recover and train their skills, as the altitude and climate created just ideal conditions to do that. We will visit our famous Talgat - a hunter with golden eagles on the way to Tamga. He will tell us about his birds. It will be possible also to do some photos of the eagles. You will have sometime to swim in the lake after arrival in Tamga village. Accommodation is in Askar guesthouse (1600m).

Day 3: Tamga - Barskoon gorge - Dunguromo Pass (3570 m) - Dugurotmo gorge (5 hours)
Barskoon village drive is after the breakfast. In this village we will visit the family who are occupied with manufacturing of yurts. It will be an incredible opportunity for you to reveal the secret of production of those marvelous nomadic dwellings. We continue our trip to Barskoon gorge, which is one of the most picturesque places in the mountainous Kyrgyzstan. You will see one of the highest waterfalls in Kyrgyz Republic at the alt. 2500 m. that is 60 meters high, as well as the monument of astronauts with an inscription on it of first man in the space - Urii Gagarin.  From this place we start our trekking. We will have an ascent to 3100m. Dunguromo pass, passing through which we will find ourselves in a wonderful valley Dunguromo. After  several kilometers down from this pass, we will stop for the camping. This day dinner will give us a chance to share with impressions of the first day. Night is in tents at the altitude of 2850 m.

Day 4: Dungurotmo gorge - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Chokolu Lake (7 hours)
Today's waking up will be early, around 7 o'clock in the morning. We have a « vertical » hike over Zauka Pass to the Chokolu Lake. Zauka is considered to be a historical pass, the part of the great Silk Road. Famous travelers such as Ella Mayart 1932, Semenov Tyanshyanskii 1856 passed this place in the ancient time, the Chinese Muslims are also known to come from China 200 years ago.  The landscape is relatively flat, fine grass and mosses prevail, the climate is close to the tundra climate. We will set up our camp for the night coming closer to the lake. Night is in tents at the altitude of 3800 m.

Day 5: Chokolu Lake - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Dzukuu gorge - Ashu Kashka Suu gorge
After breakfast we will have to collect all our equipment and belongings to immerse them all on the horses, next will go further. We need to get back to the Zauka pass, after passing it we will reach the Dzhukuu valley, then we go down the gorge about 20 km and reach the foot of the Ashu Kashka Suu gorge. We set up camp for the night at the Ashu Kashka Suu gorge. En route we meet with Kyrgyz nomads who live there in summer. The Kyrgyz nomads hospitality will stun you. The nomads will give us to try the Kyrgyz cheese there and if you want you can try Kyrgyz beer (fermented mare's milk). Dinner and overnight is in tents at the altitude of 2770 m.

Day 6: Ashu Kashka Suu gorge - Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m) - Jukuchak gorge (7 hours)
We will have to prepare all of our gear and then we will hike up the gorge Ashu Kashka Suu early in the morning. Having reached the foot of the pass, it will be a short halt for lunch and then we will climb to the Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m). After the pass we get into the Dzhukuchak gorge where the warm mineral springs are. Here is a nice opportunity to take a bath with hot mineral water which we all dreamed for 4 days during our trek. Our guide will offer you a local beer but not Kyrgyz beer; this time is real Kyrgyz beer after good bath.   Dinner and night is in tents at an altitude of 2500 m.

Day 7: Dzhukuchak gorge - Orto Bulak Pass (2900 m) - Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge
In the morning we will leave for the Kichi Kyzyl Suu Valley. Primary we reach in the territory of Issyk Kul forestry; it is located in the Dzhukuchak gorge. Further we have to climb to the 2900 m. pass Orto Bulak. Then we approach to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge where we break our camp for this night. This place is well-known for its incredible beauty and eye-catching views of mountains.  Dinner and sharing impressions of the passed day. The night you are supposed to be spent in tents at the altitude of 2300 m.

Day 8: Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge - Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Jili Suu water warm springs
We begin our trekking towards the charming valley - ChonKyzyl Suu after a good breakfast. First of all we have to go down through the territory of forestry to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge. Further we will go along the Djily Suu Mountains and finally we approach the gorge of Chon Kyzyl Suu. We enter the area of Ak Tash here. Then ascend up about three miles up to the warm mineral springs where we will have again a good possibility to take a warm bath and just relax. This region is famous for its beauty: nomads and glorious mountains make you feel like you are on the top of the world! Overnight is in tents at the altitude of 2150 m.

Day 9: Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Kok Dzhayyk Pass (2700 meters) - Jeti Oguz gorge
This one is the last day of the trek. After breakfast we start in the Jeti Oguz gorge direction - one of the most popular gorges to visit in our mountainous country. First, we go down to the place of Ak Tash. Reaching it we cross the (Red River) river Kyzyl Suu, after that we begin the ascent to the pass Kok  Dzhayyk. The way will pass through a little pine forest; it will impress you with its dead silence. After the forest we will have a look at the Jeti Oguz gorge which will impress you for sure. It seems as if the whole world looks at you there.  After several kilometers we reach the Kok Dzhayyk yurt camp at the altitude of 2300 m. where we spend the night. Dinner and overnight in yurts.

Day 10: Jety Oguz gorge - Karakol (30 km - 1 h)
Our journey will continue in the direction of the capital of Issik Kul region as soon as we finish with breakfast. Check-in hotel Elita**.  We will visit Prjvalsky Memorial Complex today;  it is dedicated to the outstanding Russian explorer of Central Asia. We will visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the wooden mosque, made in the Chinese style in order to understand the Kyrgyz life of the 19th century.  We drive to Dyishin village n the evening; there we will have dinner with Chinese Muslims; they are called Dungans, who have come from Dunhuang, central China. 200 years ago when it was a war between Chinese and not Chinese nationalities and religions Chinese Muslims came to Kyrgyzstan. They are excellent at agriculture and exceptionally famous for national cuisine.  It will be possible to try different kinds of salads and of course Dungan national bread. We come back to hotel after you have a dinner.

Day 11: Karakol - Kochkor village (330 km-6 h)
In the early morning we move to the Kochkor village. We can discover national traditions and customs, watch the process of making traditional Kyrgyz carpets and visit a handicraft museum, also we will see and participate in the process of settling a yurt, a traditional collapsible felt house of nomads in Kochkor. Dinner in a yurt and carpet-making show is organized especially for you. In the evening you will listen to the Folk-concert.  On the way to Kochkor village we will drive along the north shore of Issyk Kul Lake - it means you will see the "pearl of Tien - Shan Mountains" form all sights! Overnight is in a guesthouse. 

Day 12: Kochkor - Bishkek
Transport from Kochkor to Bishkek. After our arrival, accommodation is in a guesthouse.  You will have also free time for shopping or to walk around the Kyrgyz capital.

Day 13: Bishkek - Europe
You will be collected by your guide from the hotel and transferred to the International Airport of Manas.
